Privacy policy and personal data processing

This policy explains which personal data FullSpectrum Tech SAS processes through this website, what it uses the data for, and how you can exercise your rights. It is governed by Colombian personal data protection law.

2. Legal framework

We process personal data in accordance with articles 15 and 20 of the Colombian Constitution, Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Single Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015), and any rules that amend or supplement them, as well as the instructions of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

3. Data we process

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: your IP address and basic request data are processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking tools.
  • Theme preference: if you choose the light or dark theme, your browser stores that choice in your device's local storage. We do not receive it.

We do not request sensitive data or data about children and adolescents. If you send us such data by mistake, we will delete it.

4. Purposes of processing

We use your data to:

  • Answer your questions and requests for a proposal.
  • Manage the commercial or pre-contractual relationship you start with us.
  • Keep the site secure and working properly.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. Authorization

Before sending the form you must tick the checkbox by which you give your prior, express, and informed authorization to process your data for the purposes described. We keep proof of that authorization. You may revoke it at any time, unless there is a legal or contractual duty to keep the data.

6. Data subject rights

Under article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:

  • Know, update, and correct your personal data.
  • Request proof of the authorization you gave.
  • Be informed, on request, about how your data has been used.
  • File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the law.
  • Revoke the authorization and request deletion of your data when legal principles, rights, and guarantees are not respected.
  • Access, free of charge, the personal data that has been processed.

7. How to exercise your rights

Write to contact@fspectrum.tech with your name, a way to reach you, and a clear description of your request. If you act on behalf of someone else, attach the document that proves your representation.

  • Inquiries: we answer them within ten (10) business days of receipt. If that is not possible, we will tell you why and give you a new date, which will not exceed five (5) additional business days.
  • Complaints: we answer them within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If that is not possible, we will tell you why and give you a new date, which will not exceed eight (8) additional business days.

You may only turn to the SIC after you have exhausted this process with us.

8. Processors and data transmission

To run the site and receive your messages we use technology providers that act as data processors, including Resend, Inc. (delivery of the contact form message by email), Microsoft (corporate email, where we receive it) and Render Services, Inc. (hosting). These providers may process data on servers located outside Colombia, including the United States. By giving your authorization you accept this transmission and transfer, which we carry out under confidentiality and security commitments.

9. Security and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to information. We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations. After that we delete or anonymize it.

10. Cookies

This site does not use our own tracking or advertising cookies.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. When a change is substantial and affects the purposes, we will ask for your authorization again.
